Thule provides different sections in our site to help you spend less time with our racks and more time doing what you want – Following are details of the pages available to help you in the pursuit of your choice – All pages can be linked from the menu on the left or by the page titles.
Thule One Year Limited Warranty –Thule warrants to the original purchaser that its snow chains (the “Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. This warranty terminates if a purchaser transfers the product to any other person. You can download the Thule warranty document here
Spare Parts – Thule provides spare parts for most current and previous models. These pages contain drawings and descriptions, with the ability to purchase items that you need directly. Spare parts may also be ordered through your local Thule retailer – you can find a local dealer using our dealer locator
Instructions – Thule provides instructions for download for most current and previous models. Many previous models may have multiple versions – these options will be presented by the date we manufactured them (not necessarily when the product was purchased). Some instructions contain detailed drawings and may download slowly at lower connection speeds. Tech Manuals – Thule provides Tech Manual pages for download for most current and previous models. These provide product part information in a print friendly format, with additional information. This is the format many dealers use to order parts and it may be useful in determining what product you have.
