Paul from Oregon was the winner of the Thule Envoy Sweepstakes. Paul collected his Evolution box from Rack Attack in Portland Oregon and adds the Thule Evolution to a growing list of Thule products. In his words, his "adventures are enabled by Thule".
Dear Steve and Rack Attack,
Thanks a ton for the thule evolution box! I picked it up from Rack Attack
in downtown portland. They should be considered the premiere Thule dealer in
Portland as that is all they do and they have a great shop, tools and most
of all staff, that know their stuff. They helped me mount the black 2100 box on top of my
1995 BMW 525i. Most of it's life will be spent on a 2001 pathfinder, at
least until I get some really good winter tires on the BMW.
I am a devoted Thule fan with the following products:
2 thule racks (tracker 2 on pathfinder...removed factory rack and 1061 (369)
on BMW)
2 thule 535 classic (short tray) bike racks
1 thule 595 velo vice (short tray) bike rack
2 thule 5xx long tray bike racks
2 thule windsurf pads
2 thule windsurf/boom/mast mount (old school)
6 thule compression straps-endless applications!
1 thule snowboard carrier
1 thule 725 6 pair ski
1 thule ? 4 pair ski carrier (old school)
4 thule 562 non-locking (8 skis) ski carriers - my favorite, don't get rid
of these great simple solutions
for skis, I can throw them quickly on a friends car when we run out of room
due to powder skis!
I really can't say enough good things about the products and so many great
ski, mountain biking, windsurfing, and canoe adventures enabled by Thule!
So you can see that it went to a good "field" representative.
I will enjoy it!
Thanks again,
Paul
